摘要
介绍了中频感应加热器的原理、结构和系统组成,并用Ansys有限元分析软件的磁-热耦合分析功能对中频感应器加热进行了计算机数值模拟分析,用顺序耦合的方法计算了热磁耦合作用下的温度场分布,通过对中频和工频温度场的对比说明中频感应加热器的优点。本系统利用单片机的优良控制功能,可以对需加热工件进行时间或温度自动控制。
The principle, structure and compostion of medium-frequency heater are introduced. By using a magnetic-thermal coupled function of Ansys finite element software for analyzing the computer numerical-analog is presented. The thermal field distribution under thermal-magnetieal coupled action is calculated by sequentieal coupling method. The merits of the induction heater is shown by the eoparison to the medium-frequency and mains- frequency thermal field. The workspieee can be controlled automatically by the single-computer in time or temperature.
