摘要
目的探讨Damon自锁托槽并后牙加垫Bite Turbo在牙齿排齐整平阶段对上颌扩弓效果的影响。方法选取来本院就诊的牙列Ⅱ度拥挤(4mm<拥挤度≤8mm)病人30例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组15例病人。实验组在牙齿排齐整平阶段应用Damon自锁托槽并后牙加垫Bite Turbo进行扩弓;对照组仅应用Damon自锁托槽扩弓。分别于治疗前和治疗后(应用0.014×0.025in.copper NiTi弓丝排齐整平结束时)制备病人上颌模型,测量模型前段、中段和后段的牙弓宽度,比较两组治疗前后上颌牙弓宽度的变化。结果两组在排齐整平后牙弓前段、中段及后段的宽度都有所增加,与矫治前相比差异均具有显著性(t=2.893～6.429,P<0.05)。两组间矫治前后各段牙弓宽度的增加量比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 Damon自锁托槽并后牙加垫Bite Turbo与单纯应用Damon自锁托槽均可对上颌牙弓产生明显的扩弓效果,有利于解除轻中度的牙列拥挤。但加垫Bite Turbo并非更有利于牙弓扩展。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Damon self-ligating bracket combined with posterior Bite Turbo on ex- pansion arch of upper-jaw in the phase of tooth leveling and aligning. Methods Thirty patients with second-degree crowding （4 mm〈crowding ≤8 mm） were enrolled, and equally randomized to experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, Damon self-ligating system combined with posterior Bite Turbo was used to expand the arch; In the control, the arch was expanded with Damon self-ligating system only. Before and after treatment at the end of leveling and aligning phase with 0.014 × 0.025-in copper NiTi arch wires-a dental cast of maxillary arch was respectively made, the arch width in the anterior, mid- dle and posterior segment was then measured and compared between the two groups. Results The maxillary arch width in the anterior, middle and posterior segment in both groups somewhat increased as compared with before the correction, the difference was significant （t=2.893-6.429, P（0.05）, but the difference of the increase of arch width in each segment was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both the Damon self-ligating bracket combined with posterior Bite Turbo and Damon alone can obviously expand the dental arch, which is beneficial to relieving mild-to-moderate crowding of teeth. Adding Bite Turbo is by no means beneficial for better expanding the arch.
