Damon自锁矫治器非拔牙矫治牙列拥挤15例软组织变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨Damon自锁矫治器非拔牙矫治后牙列拥挤的软组织变化,为预测矫治后的软组织侧貌提供临床依据。方法选择2007年3月至2008年3月于青岛大学医学院附属医院口腔正畸科门诊因错畸形就诊的牙列拥挤患者15例,采用DamonMX或DamonⅢ自锁矫治器进行非拔牙矫治,矫治前后进行X线头影测量,比较矫治前后上唇倾角、颏唇沟角、面角、Z角和面突角的变化。结果15例患者经过平均16个月的矫治后,牙弓内无间隙或拥挤存在;上下颌牙列排齐整平;磨牙关系及前牙覆覆盖关系正常;牙齿位置及咬合关系精细调整至正常。矫治后上唇倾角和面突角均较矫治前略增大,而颏唇沟角、面角和Z角均较矫治前略减小,但各测量指标矫治前后的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Damon自锁矫治技术进行非拔牙矫治,不会使患者面部软组织发生明显的前突。 Objective To investigate the changes of soft tissues of patients who underwent Damon technique with non-extraction treatment,and provide a clinical foundation for the predicton of soft tissues after treatment.Methods The sample consisted of 15 patients treated with Damon technique.Cephalometric was analyzed before and after treatment.T-test analysis was performed for the results.Results After 16 months' treatment,there was no space or crowding in the dental arch.The dental arch was leveling and in alignment.Molar relation,overbite,overjet,tooth position and occlusion relation were corrected to normal.After treatment,A'Ls-FH and Ns-Sn-Pg'were increased,while Pg'B'-FH,FH-NsPg' and angle Z were decreased,and the changes showed no statistical significance.Conclusion After treatment with Damon technique,there is no significant protrusion of soft tissure.
