高血压患者内皮微颗粒水平对肱动脉内皮功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的运用彩超评价高血压内皮微颗粒(EMPs)水平对肱动脉内皮功能的影响。方法采用流式细胞术检测高血压患者30例和健康志愿者30例血浆中EMPs的水平,比较两组对肱动脉内皮功能的影响。结果 2组在年龄、性别、体重指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖、吸烟等指标上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与健康志愿者组相比,高血压患者循环EMPs水平显著升高(P<0.01);高血压组患者肱动脉内皮舒张功能(FMD)减低(P<0.01),循环EMPs水平与FMD值呈负相关(r=-0.142,P<0.01)。结论提示高血压病患者体内较高水平的循环EMPs是肱动脉内皮舒张功能减低的影响因素,彩色多普勒可作为诊断及观察疗效的一项重要手段。 [ Objective] To evaluate the influence of endothelial microparticle (EMPs) level on brachial artery endothelial function in hypertension patients by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). [ Methods] The plasma EMPs levels in 30 hypertension patients and 30 healthy volunteers were examined by flow cytometry, and the influence on braehial artery endothelial function was compared between two groups. [ Results] The differences in age, sex, body mass index, total cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose and smoking were not significant between two groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Compared with healthy volunteers, the level of circulating EMPs in hypertension patients significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the flow-mediated dilation ( FMD ) significantly decreased (P 〈0.01). There was a negative correlation between the level of circulating EMPs and the value of FMD (r =-0. 142, P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] h is suggested that higher level of circulating EMPs in hypertension patients may reduce the braehial artery endothelial dilation function, and CDFI could play an important role in diagnosis and clinical observation.
