摘要
1病例资料患者,男,24岁。因体检发现心电图完全性左束支传导阻滞于2011年7月入院,心脏彩超显示左房稍大,予以营养心肌等对症治疗后好转出院。出院后逐渐出现活动后胸闷、气促,伴有胸骨中后段闷痛感,无放射痛,行走5～10m即可诱发不适,并伴有黑矇,每次持续1～2min,休息后自行缓解,
Summary Restrictive cardiomyopathy has been defined as a myocardial disease characterized by reduced diastolic volume with normal ventricular wall thicknessis and systolic function. Heart failure is common in patients with restrictive cardiomyopathy, however, the third degree atrioventricular block is rare complication. This article introduced one case about the third degree atrioventricular block induced by restrictive cardiomyopathy.
