摘要
为了研究复方中药对禽流感抗体水平的影响,选择120只试验鸡随机分成四组,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ鸡日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的复方中药,对照组日粮不添加,分别于免疫后的10d、20d、30d测定HI抗体效价并进行t检验,试验组Ⅱ、Ⅲ与对照组相比差异显著。试验组Ⅱ与Ⅲ相比,差异不显著,试验组Ⅰ与对照组相比差异不显著。结论:复方中药对禽流感抗体水平的提高有明显的促进作用,1.0%添加量能够达到比较好的促进作用。
The study investigated the effects of Compound Chinese Medicine on avian influenza （AI） antibody level. One hundred twenty chickens were assigned randomly to 4 groups, with 0.5 %, 1.0% and 1.5% medicine were used in experimental groups. 10 days,20 days and 30 days after immunity, HI antibody titer was detected using T-test. The results showed that 1. 0% and 1.5% group had significant difference with control group,however, there was no significant difference between them. 1.5 % group had no difference with control group. Therefore,Compound Chinese Medicine improved AI titer obviously, 1.0 % addition can achieve good effect.
