摘要
应用ANSYS软件对蜀河水电站1号厂房表孔闸门进行了三维有限元静应力和干模态计算,得出了该闸门在静水压力下的应力分布规律和低阶频率,结合现场测试和有限元计算结果进行了分析,并对板梁组合建模方法在闸门计算中的应用效果进行了探讨。通过分析计算达到了了解闸门应力分布规律及安全状态的目的。
Based on 3D finite element technique, static stress and dry-modal of No.1 spillway gate of Shuhe hydropower station are conducted using the software ANSY. The stress distribution regularity and low-order frequencies are obtained. The results of site test and finite element analysis are compared. The application effect of beam and slab model in gate calculation is discussed. The purpose to acknowledge the stress distribution regularity and safety status is achieved through analysis and calculation.
