摘要
通过对ER50-G焊丝用盘条及拉拔断裂样品进行化学成分和抗拉强度测试,以及金相组织、非金属夹杂物能谱检验分析,找到了焊丝断裂的主要原因。分析结果表明:ER50-G盘条内出现大量硬质不易变形的贝氏体组织及大块夹杂物,影响了焊丝拉拔过程中的铁素体及珠光体组织的变形,导致拉拔后的焊丝出现强烈的加工硬化现象,并在焊丝内的硬质脆性相部位出现断裂。
The inspection of chemical composition and tensile strength and the energy spectrum analysis of metallographic structure and non-metal inclusion were carried out on ER50-G wire rod for welding wire and its broken sample at drawing. The main causes for the breakage were found. Analysis results showed a large quantity of hard and non-deformable bainite structure and massive inclusions presented in ER50-G wire rod, which affected the transformation of ferrite and pearlite structures during welding wire drawing and caused serious work-hardness in welding wire after drawing. Consequently, the breakage took place at the hard and brittle phase of welding wire.
