摘要
通过对不同含碳量的ER50-6盘条控冷工艺研究。结果发现:含碳量和冷却工艺的控制是生产具有优良加工性能的ER50-6盘条的重要保证。ER50-6盘条碳含量控制在<0.070%时,可以使盘条的抗拉强度值控制在较低水平。提高吐丝温度虽可以降低盘条的强度,但盘条中易出现混晶组织。
The control cooling process of ER50-6 rod with different carbon content was studied. The result shows that the most important factor to manufacture the quality rod is the carbon content and cooling rate after rolling . The strength of rod with carbon content below 0.07 % is relative low. Higher final rolling temperature can decrease the tensile strength of rod but induce heterogeneous microstructure.
