介绍英国科教单位职业生涯管理情况,结合中国科教单位职业生涯管理现状,从重视职业生涯管理、开展人性化管理、建立完善的职业培训制度、开展有效的职业生涯发展咨询和指导四个方面,阐述英国科教单位职业生涯管理对中国科教单位职业生涯的启示。
The article describes the situation on career management of science ＆ education units in British, combined with present situations of science ＆ education units in China. The paper focus on the following four aspects： career manage ment, human management, establishing and improving the vocational training system, carrying out an effective career de velopment consulting and guidance. The paper also indicates the revelation of the career management in UK to Chinese sci ence ＆ education units.
