摘要
为使某特定钢材齿轮类零件经过热处理获得一定表面硬度、沿齿廓分布的淬硬层深度等性能,就必须研发强化工艺和实施该工艺的设备。使大模数齿轮获得要求的感应加热质量的问题文献[1]已有论述,但未对同样是淬火过程的重要组成部分的淬火冷却方法予以分析。
To allow parts like gear of a specific steel to obtain the specified properties such as surface hardness , contour hardening case of gear teeth and so on , the strengthening processes and equipments to implement them must be developed .In reference [ 1 ] , the problem how the required induction heating quality of large-module gears is obtained has been described , but the quenching method which is also an important constituent of the quenching process is not yet analyzed .
