摘要
目的:探讨太阳病(风寒表证)红细胞变化规律。方法:以文献报道"小鼠风寒表证"疾病模型制作方法为基础,结合预实验的经验制作动物模型,与对照组比较一周内红细胞的变化。结果:模型组红细胞计数、红细胞压积、红细胞分布宽度变化与对照组相比,于第2天23点到第3天23点出现一峰值,明显高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);平均红细胞体积模型组峰值出现于第3天到第4天(P<0.05)。结论:在太阳病(风寒表证)的过程中,红细胞的变化具有一定的规律,在疾病的极期水平升高,随后体积增大,推测红细胞也参与了太阳病(风寒表证)的免疫反应。
Objective:To study the variation of red blood cells in Taiyang disease (wind cold superficies syndrome). Methods: Based on the mice model with wind cold superficies syndrome disease which reported in literature ,we could build the animal mod- el according to the pre - experiment, from which we could compare with the control group to observe the variation of red blood cells in a week. Results : The curve of red blood cell count, hematocrit and red cell distribution width in experimental group com- pared with control group,could reach a peak on the second to the third day of pathogenesis(P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0.05) ,the peak of mean corpuscular volume in experimental group reached a peak on the third to the fourth day( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion:In Taiyang disease (wind cold superficies syndrome) process, the variation of red blood cells has certain regularity, and with the active stage level increased, subsequently volume will be enlarged. It indicates that the erythrocyte system participates in Taiyang disease (wind cold superficies syndrome) immune response.
