摘要
高校科技查新工作已进入创新发展的时期。新时期高校查新工作正面临服务对象、服务内容和服务模式上的多重转变,高校科技查新在工作流程、人员培养、管理机制等方面的特性具有推动其未来发展的潜在作用。本文以"未来发展趋势-内在特性-创新发展路径"为研究思路,在梳理和总结高校查新工作发展趋势和内在特性的基础上,提出高校查新工作绩效管理、服务提升、联合发展、人员培养的创新发展路径。
Science and technology novelty search of university has entered the period of innovation development. In the new era, the mi-tech novelty search of university is facing the multiple transformations of service object, service content and service mode. Characteristics in the work flow, personnel training, management mechanism of university sci-tech novelty search have the potential function for promoting the future development. Taking＂the future development trend-inner characteristics-innovation development path＂ for the research ideas, and on the basis of carding and summarizing the development trend and the intrinsic characteristics of university sci-tech novelty search, this article puts forward the innovation development paths of per-formance management, service promotion, joint development and personnel training.
