摘要
从敬业精神、职业道德、专业技能、外语水平、计算机操作技能、语言沟通能力和写作能力等方面分析了新时期对查新人员的素质要求,提出了提高查新人员素质的途径和措施。
From the aspects of the work-respecting spirit, professional ethics, professional skill, foreign language level, computer-operating ability, language communicating ability, and the writing technique, etc., this paper analyzes on the quality requirements of the new period for the novelty-retrieving personnel, and puts forward the channels and methods for improving the quality of the novelty-retrieving personnel.
