摘要
口述文献工作在我国图书馆界方兴未艾,其中的著作权法律问题尚未引起足够的重视。与其他类型的文献工作相比,口述文献工作中图书馆涉及的著作权法律关系具有差异性,著作权管理也呈现出不完全相同的特点,图书馆对著作权的保护应采取制定和健全著作权保护规则,充分发挥著作权合同机制的功能,努力保证口述内容的原真性,突出技术措施的著作权保护价值等措施。
Oral literature in our library community is in the ascendant, the copyright laws of the problem has not yet attracted enough attention. Compared with other types of literature, copyright legal relationship involved in oral literature library work has differences, copyright management is also showing not exactly the same features. The library of copyright protection should be taken to develop and improve copyright protection rules, give full play to the function of the copyright contract mechanism, and strive to ensure the content of the oral authenticity, and emphase the copyright pro tection value of technical measures.
