摘要
目的:报告一例颈椎手术过程中并发症的少见表现类型,以供大家参考。方法:报告我院1例颈椎前路手术中短暂出现的局部皮肤出汗增多、发红、皮温升高等表现。结果:局部出汗增多等表现一过性出现,围术期生命征稳定,术后及随访未再有类似情况发生。结论:颈椎病手术治疗中并发症的出现多有报道,此例出现局部、非全身性皮肤表现罕见,根据临床表现特点及手术部位的解剖关系,疑似为颈交感神经兴奋的皮肤反应。
Objective：Toreportacaseofuncommontypeofcomplicationsinthecourseofcervicaloperation,foryourreference.Methods：Report the brief appearance of the local skin performance during anterior cervical operation.Results：The transient appear of local increased sweating did not have occurred during the postoperative and follow-up,preoperative vital signs are stable.Conclusion：in the treatment of cervical spondylosis operation complications are frequently reported,in this case,the local non systemic cutaneous manifestations is rare,according to the characteristic of the clinical manifestation and the anatomical relationship of the operation part,it is suspected the skin response of cervical sympathetic.
