摘要
本文报告52例中央型腰椎间盘突出症。本组有3种表现类型:一般间盘突出型、椎管狭窄型和马尾神经综合征型。并重点分析了各型的临床表现、手术治疗和治疗效果。讨论了中央型腰椎间盘突出症与病理改变之间的关系。
Central protrusion of the intervertebral disc is a relatively uncommonly seen disease, but it often involves the cauda equina and causes bladder and rectal dysfunction.There are 3 modes of presentation, the common disc, the stenosis and the cauda equina syndrome mode. The first 2 modes may change into the cauda equina syndrome mode in the developmental course of the disease. the recovery of the urinary and motor functions, the progosis in As to some patients with the cauda equina syndrome is not very satisfactory. Myelography is very valuable in diagnosis of the disease. There is some relativity between the clinical modes and the pathological changes.
