摘要
目的:探究使用股骨近端加压锁定钢板的方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2010年到2012年我院收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者64例作为此次研究对象,将他们随机分为钢板加压组和对照组。我们对对照组采用传统方式进行治疗,而对钢板加压组我们则使用股骨近端加压锁定钢板的方式治疗患者,最后比较钢板加压组和对照组患者的各项临床指标以及并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者经过不同的手术治疗后,钢板加压组手术出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间和骨性愈合时间也均短于对照组,差异明显(P均<0.05)。术后,钢板加压组的各项并发症人数均低于对照组,并发症总人数远远也少于对照组,(P<0.05)。进行随访后,钢板加压组的优良率明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用股骨近端加压锁定钢板的方式治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有颇佳的效果,这种方法甚至在某些方面优于传统方法,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the clinical effects of locking proximal femurs plate on treating aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods： 64 aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were treated in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were taken as the objects of this study.They were randomly divided into compress plate group and control group.The control group was treated with the traditional method,while the compress plate group was treated with locking proximal femurs plate method,and then all the clinical index and complications of the two groups were compared.Results： After the surgeries with different surgical treatments,the bleeding volume of the patients of compress plate group was obviously less than that of control group,and the operating time and bone healing time of the patients of compress plate were also shorter than that of control group,with significant difference（p mean0.05）.After the surgery,the number of patients with complications in compress plate group was smaller than that of control group and the total number of patients with complications in compress plate group was also far smaller than that of control group（P0.05）.After the follow-up visit,the good rate of the patients in compress plate group was obviously higher than that of control group,showing statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： The locking proximal femurs plate method has very excellent therapeutic effects on treating aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture.This method even has superior advantages to the traditional method in certain respect,and worth of being widely applied in clinic.
