摘要
为探讨新的温度保存淋巴细胞，以达到较高存活率。本实验选用８℃、４℃、０℃、－８０℃保存淋巴细胞。结果发现：细胞存活率在８℃、４℃、０℃降低明显（Ｐ＜０．０１）。仅－８０℃下淋巴细胞保存７天后，其存活率仍较高，在７３．２０ ± ８．４６％。
In order to find the best temperature for lymphocyte preservation. We studied lymphocytes cryopreserved at 8 ℃, 4 ℃, 0 ℃ and -80 ℃ in different conditions. It was found that the lymphocyte survival rate decresed signficantly (P<0.05) and only at 80 ℃, the lymphocytes survival rate was remained a higher value of (73.20 ± 8.46)%.
