复合纤维素酶制剂对东北白鹅消化道酶活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Compound Cellulase Preparations on Digestive Enzyme Activities of Digestive Tract in Northeast Geese

摘要 为研究日粮中添加复合纤维素酶制剂对东北白鹅消化道不同段落消化酶活性的影响,选用1日龄东北白鹅210只,随机分为5个处理。试验各组在基础日粮中分别添加1000、2000、3000、4000U/g纤维素酶活性的复合纤维素酶制剂,测定56日龄肌胃、十二指肠、空肠与回肠和盲肠内容物中纤维素酶、蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶的活性。结果显示:添加不同活性的复合纤维素酶制剂均可提高东北白鹅肌胃、小肠、盲肠食糜中纤维素酶、蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶的活性,以2000U/g和4000U/g组消化道食糜中酶活性效果最好;肌胃内,2000U/g酶活组纤维素酶、蛋白酶活性提高幅度最大,4000U/g酶活组淀粉酶活性提高程度最高;小肠和盲肠内,以2000U/g酶活组对各消化酶活性提高最为明显,各组脂肪酶差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,东北白鹅日粮中添加复合纤维素酶制剂可弥补内源消化酶的不足,刺激内源酶的分泌,提高肌胃、小肠、盲肠内纤维素酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性。 To study the effects of cellulase preparation on digestive enzyme activities of different segment of digestive tract in Northeast geese, 210 northeast geese of 1-day-age were randomly allotted to 5 groups. The control group was fed basal diet, group 1 to 4 were respectively fed basal diet added with 1 000,2 000, 3 000,4 000 U/g (enzyme activities) compound cellulase preparation. The activities of cellulase, protease, α-amylase, lipase of the digesta in gizzard, duodenum, jejunal and ileum, cecum of 56-day-age northeast geese were measured. The results showed that eellulase preparation could increase cellulase, protease, amylase and lipase activities of the digesta in gizzard, small intestine and cecum, and 2 000 U/g group and 4 000 U/g were the best. In the gizzard,the activities of cellulose and protease of 2 000 U/g group were improved greatly, amylase activity of 4 000 U/g group was the highest. In small intestine and cecum, 2 000 U/g group showed significant improvements. There was no significant difference on the activities of lipase among all groups. According to the above,adding compound cellulase preparation to the diet of northeast geese could compensate the deficiency of exogenous enzymes, stimulate the secretion of exogenous enzymes and increase cellulase, protease, amylase and lipase activities of the digesta in gizzard, small intestine and cecum.
