粗酶制剂对雏鹅胰腺及小肠食糜消化酶活性和pH值的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Crude Enzyme Preparation on Enzyme Activities and pH of Pancreata and Intestinal Digesta in Gosling

摘要 将 18只 7日龄雏鹅随机分成对照组和试验组。饲喂大麦 (占 45 % )基础日粮 ,试验组添加 0 1%的Biokyowa粗酶制剂。 2 1日龄时宰杀 ,测定胰腺组织和小肠食糜消化酶活性和 pH值。结果为 :试验组雏鹅胰腺组织中淀粉酶活性比对照低 42 83 % (P <0 0 1) ,十二指肠、空肠、回肠食糜淀粉酶活性分别比对照高31 84% (P <0 0 1)、5 9 94% (P <0 0 1)和 2 1 0 8% (P <0 0 1) ;试验组雏鹅空肠食糜脂肪酶活性比对照低41 94% (P <0 0 5 ) ,回肠食糜蛋白酶活性比对照低 2 8 5 0 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;各段小肠食糜 pH值均显著下降(P <0 0 5 )。以上结果表明 :酶制剂通过解除饲料中 β 葡聚糖的抗营养作用 ,提高了小肠食糜中淀粉酶的活性 ,加强了对碳水化合物及其它营养物质的消化与吸收 ,从而提高了饲料的转化效率 。 Eighteen seven day old gosling were randomly allotted to control and enzyme treated groups The diet contained 45% barley and it was added 0 1% Biokyowa enzyme preparation for treatment group in experimental phase (7~21 day) At day 21, the goslings were slaughtered and the pancreatic tissue and intestinal digesta sample were collected for determining Compared with control, the amylase activity of pancreas was decreased by 42 83% ( P <0 01), while the enzyme activity in duodenal, jejunal and ileal digesta were increased by 31 84% ( P <0 01), 59 94% ( P <0 01) and 21 08% ( P <0 01), respectively; The activities of lipase in jejunal digesta and protease in ileal digesta were decreased by 41 94% ( P <0 05) and 28 50% ( P <0 05) compared with control group The pH of intestinal digesta supernatant were reduced significantly ( P <0 05) These results showed that barley based diet supplemented with enzyme preparation can affect the pancreatic tissue and intestinal digesta enzyme activity by relief the anti nutritional action of β glucan, so that to improve the diet conversion rate and increase the weight gain of gosling
