摘要
厦(门)深(圳)铁路梁山隧道穿越L7富水软弱带,使工程进展严重受阻。L7富水软弱带与该隧道洞身相交于里程DK96+505~DK96+533段,延伸长度约2.3km。为确保隧道顺利通过L7富水软弱带,通过多种经济、技术比选,最终确定的超前预加固方案为:“令环水平旋喷桩超前加固圈+拱墙大管棚超前支护及补充注浆十掌子面水平旋喷桩改良预加固”的综合加固措施。文章对该预加固体系的支护机理及支护效果进行了研究分析,得出的结论是:旋喷桩加固圈厚度为0~3m时,加固效果显著;全环水平旋喷桩可以起到承载与止水的双重作用,并可减弱支护体系所承受的外荷载;综合考虑多因素的相互关系,开挖循环进尺宜取0.5m。
The construction of the Liangshan Tunnel on the Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway was severely blocked when passing through the L7 weak water-rich zone that intersects the tunnel from DK96+505 to DK96+533, with a length of around 2.3 km. In this context, a pre-reinforcement solution was determined based on various economic and technical comparisons. The solution adopted an advance reinforcement ring using full-ring horizontal jet grouting piles, a large pipe-roof advance support with supplementary grouting at the arch wall, and ground conditioning by horizontal jet grouting piles at the face. The support mechanism and effects of this detailed analysis is discussed. The results show that the reinforceme pr nt e-reinforcement system are introduced and a effect is significant provided the thickness of the reinforcement ring is 0-3m, and that the full-ring horizontal jet grouting piles have the dual function of bearing weight and stopping water as well as reducing the external load born by the support system. An advance cycle of 0.5 m is recommended considering these various factors
