摘要
本文提出了一种新的滤波器设计方法。它在满足电压畸变率,无功补偿及电容器安全运行要求的条件下,使电容器安装容量最小。在计算时,根据大系统理论,将滤波器组分解成若干个子系统进行优化,并与全系统协调,求出使目标函数最小,并满足约束条件的优化参数。
A new method to design the power filter is proposed in this paper. The parameters of power filter are selected by minimizing the capacity of capacitor under the restrictions of voltage deformation rate, reactive power compensation and safety operation of capacitor. Using the theory of system decomposition-aggregation , the filter parameters are optimized in subsystems and coordinated for the whole system for minimizing the objective function and satisfying restrictions.
