摘要
目的探讨严重肝损伤患者围术期凝血功能紊乱的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2012年12月本院收治的62例Ⅲ～Ⅳ级肝外伤患者的临床资料。观察患者术前、术中和术后凝血功能指标的改善情况。结果62例患者通过积极治疗，凝血功能均获得显著改善。结论在围术期对严重肝损伤患者的凝血功能进行及时有效的干预，可以纠正患者的凝血功能紊乱，降低患者术后并发症的发生率，显著改善患者的预后。
Objective To investigate serious liver injury in patients with perioperative correction of coagulation dysfunction. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data of 62 cases of liver trauma graded Ⅲ - Ⅳhospitalized from May 2008 to December 2012. The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative coagulation parameters improving situations were observed. Results After active treatment, the 62 patients＇coagulation function markedly improved. Conclusion Timely and effective intervention clotting function of serious liver injury in patients in the perioperative period may help correct patients＇ clotting disorders, and reduce occurrence of patients＇ postoperative complications and thus markedly improve patients＇ prognosis.
