摘要
本文在分析无位置传感器无刷直流电机反电动势检测方法的基础上,设计了硬件检测电路和基于单片机的无刷直流电机数控调速器,并介绍此数控调速器的检测及控制单元,并详细介绍了此控制方案的反电动势检测方法的实现以及单片机生成PWM信号控制驱动桥路的设计,设计中还添加了配套的上位机软件。经验证,调速器能够完成电机调速、电源电压欠压保护、过流保护、速度显示以及上位机控制等一系列功能。
Based on the analysis of brushless DC motor back-EMF detection method, the hardware detection circuit and the mi- crocontroller-based digital speed controller of brushless DC motor are designed. The detection and control units of the digital speed controller are introduced respectively, and details of EMF detection methods and the realization of single-chip generating PWM signals to control the driving bridges in this control scheme are introduced. The design also adds the supporting PC soft- ware., The result proves that the controller can realize the motor speed regulation, power supply voltage undervoltage protec- tion, overcurrent protection, speed display, PC control and so on.
