摘要
由于整体叶轮曲面曲率变化产生的加工复杂性,使其颤振机理和控制技术成为实现稳定加工的关键和难点。综述了整体叶轮加工技术的现状,对当前直纹面整体叶轮加工过程存在的问题进行了概括。对整体叶轮加工过程的离线和在线控制技术进行了分析,并提出了整体叶轮铣削颤振控制技术的未来研究动向。
As the changes in surface curvature caused complexity of integral impeller machining, the chatter mechanism and control technology have become the key and difficult point to achieve a stable machining process. The overall status of the inte- gral impeller machining technology is summarized, and the existing problems in the current ruled surface integral impellers pro- cessing are reviewed. The offline and online control technologies for the integral impellers machining process are also analyzed. Meanwhile, future research trends for integral impellers milling chatter control technologies are presented.
