摘要
分析了圆柱棒铣刀侧铣加工非可展直纹曲面的几何拟合关系,结合刀位计算方法,研究了加工误差的分布规律,提出了加工误差补偿的方法及其优化算法。在最后的实例中,验证了这种方法能明显地增大加工带宽度。
The fitting relationship of non - extensible ruling surface milled by cylindrical bar milling cutter is analyzed. Through the calculation method of tool position, the distributing rule of process error is researched. Compensating method and optimum algorithm of process error are put forward. This method can increase the cutting width evidently, which is validated with example.
