摘要
纳米TiO2具有独特的光催化作用、紫外屏蔽效应及随角异色效应等特性,因而被广泛应用于各种功能涂料中。概述了目前纳米TiO2常用的化学制备方法,介绍了纳米TiO2的特性及在空气净化涂料、防污自净化涂料、防雾超亲水性涂层涂料、紫外线屏蔽涂料中的应用与发展,评述了其化学制备方法的优缺点并对其应用前景进行了展望。可以预见,随着其制备技术的发展和成本的降低,纳米TiO2的应用会越来越广泛、越来越普及。
Nano-TiO2 has the function of photocatalysis, ultraviolet-shielding, and optical variability, thus can be applied to various nanometer-funetional coatings. The progress of preparation and application of nano-TiO2 in the area of air purification coatings, anti-fouling and self-purification coatings, anti-fog and superhydrophilic coatings, and ultraviolet radiation shielding coatings are summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of the chemical preparation methods are reviewed and the prospects o{ its application is discussed. It can be foreseen that the application of nano- TiO2 will be broadened and popularized along with the development of the preparation technology and the reducing o{ the cost.
