摘要
从合金成分、热处理制度以及显微组织特征等方面对如何提高7xxx系铝合金抗应力腐蚀性能进行了系统的分析,重点阐述了影响合金抗应力腐蚀性能的本质因素——GBP、MPT、PFZ、晶界原子偏聚等。同时提出了合理可行的提高7xxx系铝合金抗应力腐蚀性能的解决途径,为新一代超高强铝合金的成分设计和工艺优化提供了重要的参考。
The effects of alloy compositions, heat treatments and microstructures on the stress corrosion resis- tance of 7xxx alloys are systematically summarized and analyzed. The inherent factors that affect the stress corrosion resistance-GBP, MPT, PFZ and grain boundary atom segregation have been especially elaborated. And some approa- ches to improve the stress corrosion resistance were put forward that should lead to further improvement in designing of new alloy composition and processing for advanced high strength 7xxx alloys.
