摘要
目的 观察毛囊显微移植治疗秃顶的临床效果。方法 通过毛囊显微移植技术治疗各种秃顶脱发 5 6 5例 ,随访时间平均 1年 (8～ 14个月 )。结果 术后平均 2～ 3个月长出头发 ,5～ 6个月达到初步视觉效果。 5 6 5例手术中 ,男女性正常脱发及眉毛移植的毛囊存活率为 95 %～ 10 0 % ,瘢痕毛囊移植存活率达 90 %以上 ,头发生长速度、发质粗细度均保持了供发区毛发的特性。结论 该手术时间短 ,恢复快 ,经过 3年临床观察 ,该技术在中国人群中能达到良好的效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hair transplantation in bald platient. Methods We have treated 565 cases of hair loss and bald patients. The following-up time was 1 year(8～14months). Results New hair grew out after 2～3 months. The initial visible results appeared after 5～6 months. In the 565 cases, the rate of growth of the hair grafts and eyebrow transplant were between 95%～100%. The rate of grafts growth on the scar was over 90%. New hair did keep the same texture, density, growth speed and persistent growth characteristic as the donor hair. Conclusion The procedure is generally completed within 3～5 hours, and patients can return to work the next day. Through 3 years clinical observation, hair transplantation can get very good effect in China.
