摘要
目的 探讨自体微小毛发移植技术的临床疗效.方法 取患者头部毛发生长优势区的头皮条一段,分离出微小及显微毛发单位,移植于头部脱发区域.自1999年5月至2009年4月,治疗头部脱发患者380例.结果 随访240例患者6～24个月,移植的毛发生长良好,毛流自然,效果满意.结论 自体微小及显微毛发移植技术治疗头部脱发,其成活率高,创伤小,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the curative effect of autologous tiny and micro hair grafting. Methods Areas of healthy scalp with bushy hair were harvested as the donor sites for preparing the tiny and micro hair grafts which were transplanted into the alopecia areas. From May 1999 to April 2009, 380 patients were treated in this group. Results After 6 - 24 months follow-up, all patients received satisfactory results with good appearance, intensive transplantation and natural hair streams. Conclusion It is an optimal and effective therapy for hair grafting with antologous tiny and micro hair with high survival rate and minimal invasion. It is worth spreading in clinic.
