摘要
目的 探讨动脉粥样硬化与血管内皮功能、体内脂质氧化和抗氧化功能的关系。方法 测定了血液中氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (OxLDL)、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、一氧化氮 (NO)和内皮素 (ET)的浓度。结果 与正常组相比较 ,动脉粥样硬化组OxLDL、MDA、ET增高 ,NO降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组SOD无显著性差异。结论 超声技术可清楚显示血管壁的早期动脉粥样硬化 ,动脉粥样硬化斑块形成患者 ,脂质氧化及血管内皮功能存在异常。
Objective The purpose is to explore the relationship between the atherosclerosis and endothelium function or lipidoxidative function. Methods The association between plasma levels of oxidized LDL,malondiadehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),endothelin (ET),nitric oxide (NO) and AS were investigated. Results The plasma levels of OxLDL, MDA and ET were significantly higher in group A than those of group B( P <0 05),but the level of NO decreased.There was no significant difference in SOD between the two groups ( P >0 05). Conclusion Ultrasound technique provides a reliable approach for detection and monitoring of atherosclerosis. [
