摘要
目的 探讨酒精对哺乳类动物生殖细胞的损伤及优生学意义。方法 用不同剂量的白酒作用于大鼠 1～ 2个生精周期 ,检测其血清激素水平的变化及生殖细胞的损伤程度。结果 随着饮酒量的加大和饮酒时间的延长 ,精子活力显著低于正常对照 ( P<0 .0 1) ,精子活率较正常对照明显降低 ( P<0 .0 5) ,精子畸形率明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1) ,血清 LH,FSH及睾酮均较正常水平低。结论 酒精对哺乳类生殖细胞有明显损伤作用 ,减少饮酒对优生有重要意义。
Objective To study the injury of rats' sexual system by alcohol and its effect on eugeny.Method Various doses of alcohol were administered through gastric tube in rat.At the different periods of rats which injured by alcohol,the injured degree on their system were studied by means of testing the sperm quality,the concentration of LH,FSH and T in sera,ect.Result After the rats had been administered alcohol with high doses during a longer period,the sperm activity was weaker than normals (P<0.01);the rate of the sperm deformity was higher than normals(P<0.01);the proportion of living sperm was significantly less than normal's(P<0.01);the concentration of LH,FSH and T in the sera was lower than the normal's.Conclusion Over doses use of alcohol can obviously cause rats' sexual system injury and so it is of significant important for eugeny to reduce the usage of alcohol.
