摘要
目的探讨吸烟与饮酒对湖北地区男性不育患者精液质量的影响。方法选择120例男性不育患者精液标本,其中吸烟组60例,饮酒组60例;不吸烟、不饮酒正常生育60例作为对照组,分别将精液检测各项主要参数进行对比分析。结果吸烟组和饮酒组与正常生育组比较精液量、pH值无显著性差异(P>0.05);精子密度、精子活率和A级精子活力百分率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吸烟和饮酒可能成为影响男性不育的重要因素之一。
Objective：To study smoking and drinking impact on semen quality in male infertility patients in Hubei area.Methods：Semen 120 samples of male infertility patients＇ Semen,of which 60 cases were smokers,60 were drinkers;non-smoking,non drinking 60 cases of normal birth as the control group,Compared the main parameters of semen samples were.Results：Compared with the control group,there were no significant differences between the smokers＇ and drinkers＇ in the semen volume and pH.（P 0.05） ;there were obviously differences in sperm density,sperm activity rate,A-class sperm activity rate （P 0.05）.Conclusion：Smoking and drinking may be an important factor of male infertility.
