摘要
高固含量体系相对于传统的固体环氧树脂-聚酰胺体系来说存在着3个不足点:涂膜的柔韧性差、表干时间长以及使用寿命短。本研究以传统的固体环氧树脂-聚酰胺作为参考,讨论了胺类扩链剂对高固含量体系物理机械性能、表干时间以及使用寿命的影响,同时分析了高固含量体系中常用的苯甲醇、单官能度缩水甘油醚和石油树脂对环氧高固含量体系性能的影响。最后,本研究选择N,N'-二甲基-1,6-己二胺作为高固含量体系的扩链剂,其在固化剂中的用量为20%,最终得到的高固含量涂料具备良好的综合性能。
Compared with the traditional epoxy anticorrosive coatings, high -solid epoxy coatings have three drawbacks : lack of film flexibility, prolonged dry - to - handle time and shorter pot life. In this paper, with traditional epoxy coatings as reference, the influence of amine chain extenders on the coatings' physical and mechanical properties, dry - to - handle time and pot life of high - solid epoxy coatings was discussed. Meanwhile, the influence of benzyl alcohol, hydrocarbon resin and monofunctional glycidyl ether, which were the most common additives in high - solid formulation, on the properties of high - solid epoxy coatings was analyzed. Finally, N,N' -dimethyl - 1,6 -hexanediamine was chosen as the chain extender for high - solid coating, which was used at 20% of the curing agent. The high -solid epoxy coatings with N,N' -dimethyl - 1,6 - hexanediamine of 20% usage as chain extender exhibits excellent comprehensive properties.
