护理干预改善体育类大学生睡眠质量的研究

摘要 目的探讨护理干预对改善体育类大学生睡眠质量的作用。方法选取睡眠质量较差的体育类大学生60例,随机分为足底按摩组、放松组和对照组,对照组不进行任何护理干预措施。半年后同时测定3组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表的评分。结果经护理干预半年后,足底按摩组和放松组PSQI总评分均明显比干预前降低(P<0.05);放松组入睡时间评分比足底按摩组低,但足底按摩组睡眠时间评分比放松组低(P<0.05)。结论放松训练和足底按摩护理干预都有利于改善体育类大学生的睡眠质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of nursing invention on sports college students’ sleep quality.Methods 60 sports college students with bad sleep quality were selected and randomly divided into the foot massage group,relaxation group and control group,the control group without any nursing intervention.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) was used for evaluation after six months of nursing intervention.Results The PSQI values of foot massage group and relaxation group were significantly lower than that of control group(P&lt;0.05).The values of time before falling asleep in relaxation group was lower than that of foot massage group,but the time of sleep in foot massage group was shooter than that of relaxation group(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion The nursing interventions of foot massage and relaxation can improve sport student’s sleep quality,and should be applied extendedly.
