摘要 如何寻求装备维修备件保障费用与装备完好性之间的最佳平衡,是装备管理过程中面临的重要问题。依据装甲装备使用与维修保障的特点,提出一种备件仓库库存优化方法,构建多级库存模型,分析备件周转、申领、调度对器材保障效果的影响及其与备件库存费用之间的关系,通过AnyLogic软件对某类装甲装备在一年内的使用与维修情况进行仿真。结果表明,该方法能以最低的器材保障延误时间和最小的器材保障费用来满足维修任务需求。 A main challenge in armament management process is how to get the optimized balance between the cost of support of the spare parts' stock and armament availability. According to the characteristics of employment and maintenance of armoring equipment, a method for optimizing the stocks of spare parts is presented. Established multi-level stock model, analyze the influence of turnover, applying, and scheduling of spare parts on parts support and the relations between the spare turnover, applying, scheduling and the cost of the spare parts' stock. The situation of employment and maintenance of certain armoring equipment in one year was simulated by AnyLogic. Result shows the method is valid and can meet the maintenance demand with the lowest parts support delay time and minimal parts support cost.
