摘要
分析车辆器材保障能力的影响因素,确定评价指标体系,并计算各影响因素的权重。采用将层次分析法与灰色系统理论相结合的评价方法,以某部队器材仓库为例,进行器材保障能力评价,结果与实际一致,证明该方法在军用车辆器材保障能力评价领域具有可行性。
Based on the effect factors of the support capacity of military vehicle parts, AHP method was used to get evaluation index and the weight. An evaluation method of AHP combining gray theory was advanced in the paper which the grey evaluation vectors and matrixes were certified on the basis of the marks from different experts. Finally, making an analysis combining the example from some vehicle parts depot in the army. The result indicates that the method is practical in the aspect of support capacity of military vehicle parts.
