摘要
针对盾构机转盘轴承尺寸大、滚子数多、受力复杂,静力学分析中建立高精度计算模型较为困难的问题,利用有限元法,通过对轴承进行合理的简化,分别建立了二分之一轴承和单个滚子的有限元模型,分析了仅受径向载荷作用下该轴承的静力学特性。通过有限元分析,得到径向载荷作用下转盘轴承的应力分布状态和最大承载滚子位置。通过单个滚子的有限元分析,得到单个滚子接触应力的有限元解,发现其与传统Hertz理论计算结果比较接近。
Aiming at large dimension, large number of rollers, complex forces of slewing bearings in tunnel boring ma- chine, and a high accuracy calculation model being difficult to build in statics analysis, the bearings are reasonably simplified. The finite element model of one half of bearing and a single roll is established, and the statics characteris- tics of hearings are analyzed under the radial load . The stress distribution of slewing bearings and position of maximum toad roller under radial load are obtained, and the finite element solution of contact stress of a single roller is got based on the finite element analysis of a single roller. A single roller analysis results are close to the traditional Hertz theory calculation resuhs.
