摘要
为提高风力发电机变桨轴承的可靠性和设计水平,根据受力与变形的关系推导出变桨轴承滚道上载荷分布的计算公式,并通过实例计算得出变桨轴承在某一负游隙时,具有最大的承载力.
To improve the reliability and design level for pitch bearing of wind turbines, the formulae of load distribution are deduced based on the relationship between loading and deformation for pitch bearing raceways. It is found from numerical examples that, in case when a negative clearance occurs in pitch bearing, the pitch bearing possesses the highest loading capacity.
