高级别管线钢的高温屈服强度及工艺影响分析 被引量:4

Yield Stress of High Grade Pipeline Steel at High Temperature and Its Effect on Hot Process

摘要 为了分析高强度管线钢在热加工过程中的工艺性能差异,用Gleeble 3500热模拟试验机研究了X70、X80和X100管线钢在400~800℃时的屈服应力。结果表明:高级别管线钢的高温屈服强度受温度、化学成分导致的材料相变特性差异、固溶强化和沉淀强化的影响。高强度管线钢终轧及预矫直时,屈服强度及变形抗力增加不是制约生产的因素,而钢板厚度规格对矫直力有重要的影响。 For the purpose of analysis the difference of process performance of high strength pipeline steel in hot rolling process,yield strength of X70,X80 and X100 at high temperature was measured by Gleeble 3500 simulator at 400-800 ℃.The results show that the high temperature yield strength is affected by temperature,the phase transformation characteristics difference caused by chemical composition,solution and precipitation strengthening.Yield strength and deformation resistance in finishing rolling and pre-leveling is not the limit in hot rolling process of high grade pipeline steels.Thickness of pipeline steel plate is an important factor for leveling force.
