摘要
对TRIP590钢和DP590钢拼焊板的接头区域进行了微观组织以及成分分析,并利用电化学方法测试了焊接接头各区域的塔菲尔曲线,研究接头各区域之间的组织、成分与腐蚀行为之间的关系。结果表明,焊缝区组织较均匀,两侧热影响区组织差别较大;Si和Mn在焊缝有一定的聚集;焊缝区的电极电位比两侧母材的都低,腐蚀电流密度相差不大,说明焊缝区耐蚀性低于母材;由于焊接热循环导致显微组织变化,焊缝区显微硬度明显比两侧母材高。
Microstructure and component analysis of joints of TRIP590 and DP590 tailor welded sheets was studied. The Tafel curves of the welded joints were tested by electrochemical method. The relationship between microstructure,component and corrosion behavior of welded joints were analyzed. The results indicate that microstructure of weld zone is uniform while that of the HAZ is different. Si and Mn are gathered in welded zone. The electrode potential of welded joints is lower than that of base metal and the corrosion ampere density is similar,which indicated the corrosion resistance of melt zone is lower than that of the base material. The microhardness of weld zone is significant higher than that of the base metal due to the change of microstructure on account of welding thermal circle.
