摘要
用淀粉为主原料 ,经羟甲基化、氧化及交联等步骤研制出一种新型复合变性淀粉基再生烟草薄片生产专用粘接材料。正交试验结合计算机辅助法确定的复合淀粉基料的优化合成条件为 :氯乙酸和氧化剂用量分别为淀粉 (干基 )质量的 2 8%和 1 .2 7% ,羧甲基化反应温度为 6 5℃ ,反应时间为 2 .6 h。采用该种粘接材料生产的烟草薄片具有色泽浅、抗摺强度高、耐水性能优良等特点 ,优于现行使用的
The composite modified starchbased adhesive material for regenerate tobacco sheet was developed in process of hydroxyl methlation, oxidation, crosslinking etc using starch as the main material. The optimum conditions of synthesis of the composite starchbased material were determined by the orthogonal experiment and computeraid. The tobacco sheet produced using the novel adhesive material shows light colour, high resistance to rupture, excellent resistivety against water etc. Its specification was better than present CMS.
