摘要
本文以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,研究了丙烯酸丁酯与土豆淀粉接枝共聚的反应规律。实验结果表明,反应温度为55℃,反应时间为3h,单体浓度为1.105mol/l,引发剂浓度为8.80mmol/l时,接枝率较高。并对该反应机理进行了探讨。
In this paper,we have reported the regularities of graft copolymerization of butyl acrylate(BA) onto potato starch using ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) as an initiator. The result showed that the grafting percentage and grafting efficiency percentage were considerably affected by initiator concentration, monomer concentration, reaction time and temperature. The optimum conditions are the concentrations of BA and initiator is 1. 105mol/l and 8. 80mmol/l respectively, the temperature of reaction is 55℃ the time of reaction is 3h. The molecular weight of grafted poly(butyl acrylate) has been determined. On the basis of experimental results,the mechanism of grafting has been explored, and new kinetic equation of the graft copolymerization is established. The equation fits the results of the experiment.
