摘要
目的探讨老年慢性牙周病患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其与脂质过氧化的关系。方法采用红细胞酵母花环法测定36例老年慢性牙周病患者(A组)和35例正常人(B组)红细胞免疫功能,同时检测两组血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平。结果 A组红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)和MDA水平明显高于B组(P<0.01),红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bR)、SOD和GSH-PX水平显著低于B组(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,RBC-C3bR与MDA呈显著负相关(r=-0.5024,P<0.01),RBC-ICR与MDA呈正相关(r=0.6188,P<0.01)。结论老年慢性牙周病患者红细胞免疫黏附功能降低,与活性氧代谢紊乱密切相关。
Objective To study the relationship between red blood cell(RBC)immune function and lipid peroxidation in elder patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods RBC immune function was examined with yeast wreath method and malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxidase(SOD)and glutathime perixidase(GSH-PX) were measured by chemocolorimetry in 36 elder patients with chronic periodontitis(group A)and 35healthy people(group B).Results RBC immune complex reteptor(RBC-ICR)and MDA level were higher in group A than those in group B(P〈0.01).RBC C3b receptor(RBC-C3bR),SOD and GSH-PX were lower in group A than those in group B(P〈0.01).RBC-C3bR was negatively correlated to MDA level(r=-0.5024,P〈0.01)and RBC-ICR was positively correlatied to MDA level(r=0.6188,P〈0.01).Conclusion RBC immune adhesion function is decreased in elder patients with chronic periodontitis,which is closely associated with the reactive oxygen species metabolism disorder.
