Regulatory immune cells have generalized and narrowed concepts.Regulatory immune cells are defined the cells with negative regulatory function in narrowed concepts.Regulatory B cell(Breg) plays an important role in controlling immune response, and mediating immune tolerance for inflammation and immune related diseases.Breg down-regulates the pathological progress of inflammation and immune related diseases through the inhibitory cytokines of IL-10 and TGF-β.TLRs/MyD88 signaling plays a key role in Breg function. The activation of TLRs/MyD88 signaling promotes IL-10 production and inhibits T cells activation and IFN-γ secretion.Different TLRs control the initiation and resumption. It will be significant for controlling immunoreaction, establishing rational therapeutic strategy of inflammation and immune related diseases by using TLR agonists to touch preferentially the regulating function of Breg, and separate oppositional function of TLRs.
