摘要 钙蛋白酶是一类Ca2+依赖性的半胱氨酸蛋白酶,可催化多种底物限制性水解。钙蛋白酶家族在神经退行性疾病、糖尿病多发性神经病变、肌营养不良的发生和发展,以及肿瘤生存、凋亡、侵袭中的作用研究已经有了一定的进展。文中就钙蛋白酶在神经系统疾病和肿瘤中作用的相关文献作一综述。 Calpain is a family of cysteine proteinases that catalyze the controlled proteolysis of many specific substrates.There have been some progress on the study of the role that calpain play in the generation and development of neurodegenerative diseases,diabetes polyneuropathy,myodystrophy and the apoptosis,survival and invasion of glioma.The progress of researches focusing on calpain and the relationship between calpain and neurological diseases was reviewed.
