摘要
介绍了三环减速机的原理、结构及其性能特点。根据螺旋焊管机组中主传动系统的特点,提出采用三环减速机作为机组的主要传动装置,提高了螺旋焊管机组运行的平稳性及可靠性,保证了钢管的生产精度。
This paper introdueed the principle, structure and property of three ring reducer. Based on the property of drive system of spiral welded pipe production line, the three ring reducer was chosen as the main driving mechanism of spiral welded pipe production line, to improve the stability and reliability of the equipment to get high quality product.
