摘要
对带式输送机的托辊的轴承座和轴进行工艺改革。对托辊零件的加工工艺、焊接工艺、组装工艺进行了改革。对托辊的检测采用先进的设备进行检测。改进后的托辊降低生产成本,托辊的寿命提高1倍。
Carry on the craft reform to bearing seat and axis of the belt conveyer supporting roller. To the supporting roller components processing craft, the welding craft, the assembly craft carry on the reform. Uses the advanced equipment to carry on the examination to the supporting roller. It will reduce production cost and enhance life one time after the improvement supporting roller.
