摘要
目的建立银翘解毒丸(Yinqiaojieduwan,YQJDW)八波长高效液相色谱(EW-HPLC)指纹图谱综合评价YQJDW整体质量。方法采用信息熵权重法整合分析八波长下样品定性定量信息,以6级系统指纹定量法鉴定15批样品质量。结果以绿原酸(CGA)为参照物峰,在203,228,246,265,280,300,326,345 nm下分别确定了39,40,38,46,39,35,26和23个共有峰。依据6级系统指纹定量法(L6-SQFM)综合评价YQJDW质量:6批质量极好(1级);2批质量很好(2级);2批质量一般(6级);4批质量劣(8级);1批质量次(7级)。结论多波长指纹图谱信息熵权重整合法从信息权重角度综合鉴定银翘解毒丸质量,其结果准确可靠。
Objective Eight-wavelength HPLC(EW-HPLC) fingerprints of Yinqiaojieduwan(YQJDW) were established to comprehensively evaluate the quality of YQJDW.Methods Information entropy-weight method(IEM) was applied to integrate the qualitative and quantitative information of YQJDW at eight-wavelength fingerprints,in which the quality of 15 batches of YQJDWs was assessed by the 6-level systematically quantified fingerprint method(L6-SQFM).Results The chromatographic fingerprints(CFPs) were developed that 39,40,38,46,39,35,26 and 23 co-possessing peaks were marked respectively under 203,228,246,265,280,300,326,345 nm by choosing chlorogenic acid as the referential peaks.The quality of 15 batches of YQJDWs was evaluated by L6-SQFM to show that 6 batches were best,2 batches were good,2 batches were common,4 batches were inferior and 1 batch was detective.Conclusion The identified results by the eighit-wavelength HPLC fingerprints combined with IEM were objective and accurate because it could be based on the information entropy-weight to systematically and comprehensively evaluate the quality of YQJDW.
